I had a hot water heater develop a leak. I called AP Plumbing in the morning and had a representative on site by that afternoon. They identified the issue and gave me several replacement options. I chose to upgrade to a tankless water heater and the Installers Mike and Wes arrived early the next day and worked through the day to install the unit and get my hot water working before my wife got home from work. The work was neat and the employees were professional and respectful of me and my house. I would recommend them for emergency plumbing needs.

AP Plumbing replaced an oversized 20+ yr old house ejector pump system with a newer more modern technology system. Wes and Kendall came out and did a top rate job. No detail was too small, they installed a check valve, new 20 amp circuit from 15, anchored the out going pipe and angled it so flow is always to main sewer line. From the install team to Merritt that came out to give me a quote, everyone was patient listening to my concerns about the old vs the new. I couldn't be happier, thank you AP.

The installer was very prompt knowledgeable and professional. I have a real serious problem with the prices the company was going to charge for labor , and the exorbitant price for the water heater tank. The fee for the estimate was double what the competition charged. Sorry folks. I was not born yesterday. Installing a hot water tank in our house is not a $5000 job. I’m not a billionaire. It took your competitor less than 1 hour to completely do this job. Total cost $1256. Including a 50 gallon AO Smith tank.

I'm so happy we went with AP Plumbing. We had our hot water tank start leaking on the 1st of the year. While inspecting it we realized we had several plumbing issues. Our washer overflow was failing, and a runoff pipe way also leaking. We had another company come in and their estimarer was very informative but pushy about us purchasing the top end, most expensive equipment. I look online for other plumber in my area. AP Plumbing had great customers reviews. I called and they sent and estimater over within the hr. After a walk through, and a conversation about what we could afford, we scheduled for Thursday. I got a call on Tuesday saying they had an available opening, and could come out 2 days earlier. Within an hour we had 2 plumber laying down floor coving, taking out the old leaking tank, installing a new tankless hot water system, a new washer overflow, and replacing sections of pipe where our runoff was leaking. These guys where really respectful, cleaned up everything, and left us feeling extremely happy we went with AP Plumbing. The price was reasonable, and we are looking to replace 2 sump pumps this coming summer and already know we'll be working with AP Plumbing. Thank you AP Plumbing. You all are amazing.

AP Plumbing started building trust with me during the initial quote phase with Merritt who presented ideas others hadn't and ultimately convinced my to go with AP. The installation went well and was done in one day. The tankless unit was installed in a completely different area than the original water tank was placed. I was impressed with Don and Kendall's workmanship! Don stayed late to explain everything to us. Thanks AP!

Would you pay close to 10,000$ for this kind of work? Not only that- we called ap plumbing due to a sewer back up, after they came out the sales person convinced us that we should do literally nothing about the tree roots besides clean them out and put rootx down the drain a few times a year and replace the cast iron stack instead. He promised me that this was our best choice at the time and that it would somehow help keep it from backing up again. I admit I had just bought my house and I was already panicking due to the backup and AP plumbing took full advantage of that and got us to spend nearly 10k on what is pictured below and did nothig about the tree roots besides cleaning it out. If I had 10k to do the stack, clearly we could have paid for something to be done to the sewer lines to stop the roots but that was not even once suggested. And here I am, dealing with poop water in my basement again. Oh and the sales person was super pushy and asked us to make a review for him on the first day before any work had been completed so maybe don’t believe the reviews

While there was some undeniable miscommunication and “turbulence” regarding financing, I believe it has been resolved at this point. The work itself (at least one day in) is great, as were the employees who were at it house for both estimate (Merritt) and installation (Ricky). They were informative, friendly, and efficient. Despite the issues we had, AP will still be our go-to plumbers.

They responded quickly and were able to come out on a weekend, which was very helpful. The technician was professional and efficient, replacing the old unit with a new one in a timely manner. He worked neatly and cleaned up afterwards. I was very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend AP Plumbing.
